It helps, but it isn't a hard requirement. The certification program covers MACH-10's chemistry and application from the ground up. Existing detailers and PPF/tint shops adopt the process fastest, but we've certified shops coming in fresh too.

Depending on location and team size, we run training either at a regional certification site or directly at your shop. We'll figure out the right format on the call — we're flexible about logistics, not about the standard.
