LEGAL TERMS
Binding Arbitration Agreement
You and That 1 Detailer agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules in the State of Wyoming. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Confidentiality of Proceedings
The existence, details, proceedings, and outcomes of any arbitration or dispute resolution process — including settlement terms — shall remain strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by applicable law. Nothing in this section restricts either party's right to share honest opinions about their general service experience, as protected under applicable consumer review laws.
Liability Limitations
That 1 Detailer's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The customer waives any right to consequential, punitive, or indirect damages — including lost profits, diminished value, or loss of use. The customer's exclusive remedy for any breach is reapplication of the coating to affected areas as specified herein.
Transferability & Geographic Scope
Warranty coverage is valid only within the continental United States and only for services performed by That 1 Detailer or authorized representatives. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service. Transfer of vehicle ownership voids all warranty coverage.
Termination for Cause
That 1 Detailer reserves the right to terminate warranty coverage and decline future warranty service to any customer who engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent conduct directed toward That 1 Detailer's employees, agents, or operations. Such termination shall never be applied on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.
Entire Agreement & Severability
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and That 1 Detailer regarding ceramic coating services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. This agreement may only be modified through a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of That 1 Detailer. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

What's Covered

What's Covered

Coating Reapplication

If your ceramic layer ever fails to perform under normal use and proper maintenance, we reapply it. Not a patch, not an excuse — MACH-10 goes back on your paint.

Accident Protection

Life happens. If your vehicle needs bodywork or repainting after an accident, we recoat the repaired panels — so one bad day doesn't end your protection.

The warranty covers the coating itself — keeping it on your paint and performing. It does not cover paint correction, repainting, or vehicle damage of any kind.

02
Built For The Long Run

A ceramic coating isn't a one-day transaction — it's a years-long partnership. Every MACH-10 package pairs professional-grade protection with an annual technician visit that keeps your coating inspected, restored, and covered. As long as you keep your warranty active, we keep your coating performing.

5-Year

Package

Five years of protection with a required annual service — your coating inspected and restored by a pro, every year.

10-Year

Package

A decade of coverage. Ten annual visits, ten full details, ten inspections — protection that outlasts most ownership.

03
One Flat Price — Every Visit
After Installation, Every Service Visit Is
$150 Flat

No matter why we come out — your annual maintenance, a warranty reapplication, or recoating after an accident — the visit is the same flat $150, and every visit includes a complete exterior detail and full coating inspection. Warranty reapplication work is never billed on top. No surprises, ever.

Annual Maintenance Visit

$150

Keeps your warranty active. Full detail, decontamination, inspection & touch-up reapplication.

Warranty Claim Visit

$150

Coating not performing? Same flat visit price — approved reapplication work is included at no extra charge.

Accident / Bodywork Visit

$150

After repairs or repainting, we recoat the affected panels. Request within 90 days of completed bodywork.

Every visit resets your 12-month clock. Whatever brings us out, that visit counts as your annual service — your next one isn't due until 12 months later.
04
Keeping Your Warranty Active

Your warranty stays active as long as your vehicle receives one $150 service visit every 12 months, completed within 30 days of your service anniversary.
Any visit counts — annual maintenance, a warranty reapplication, or an accident recoat — and every visit resets the 12-month clock from that date.
Missing the annual window permanently voids your warranty. We'll send a courtesy reminder before your date, but scheduling is your responsibility.
